Snow Day Views Of The Village
North winds bring snow to Oriental
December 20, 2004

A White Christmas may not be ours...but a snowy day is delivered near to Christmas Day. A couple inches of snow fell on the village overnight....by dawn it was mostly over. Unfortunately a coating of ice came first...making roads slippery. But the dusty snow then covered the ice....and the village was beautiful.

Visiting boat "Dyad" from Montreal is at the Town Dock. While "Dyad" waits for diesel repairs, the crew took time to have some northern fun in the south (we're not sure this is why they came south)....
