A three owner boat with just 851 engine hours, the boat has been in the Neuse River, Pamlico Sound, and Bogue Sound with her current and most recent owners. Her recent canvas (March 2022) and deck paint (Total Boat Dry-Edge 2023, Petit Tuff Coat non-skid 2025) along with routine maintenance and fiberglass wax all contribute to her sharp, good looks. The 315hp Yanmar diesel in the Downeast hull provides good speed and handling. The underwater exhaust system reduces noise and eliminates fumes for additional comfort. 1977 Pearson 323 sailboat. I've owned it seven years, but it's time to move on. The boat is currently out of the water. New bottom paint, boot stripe, and cove stripe as of December 21. Has new gelcoat and non skid from the bow to the dodger. I'll add more photos when I finish applying new gelcoat from the dodger to the stern, and cleaning inside. I removed the original eight port lights and installed 10 new white anodized aluminum opening port lights. New standing rigging with sta lok fittings, new running rigging, new mast steps, new wiring from the bow and masthead to the panel. Comes with a Ray Marine autopilot, Atomic 4 engine with electronic ignition and a new carburetor. I removed the navigation station and installed an 8 cubic ft Vitrifrigo refrigerator.
