If you’ve experienced a significant loss ─ the death of a loved one, loss of health, the loss of a relationship or a job — the holidays can be especially tough. A one hour grief workshop on Thursday December 7 2017at the Pamlico Library may help you navigate the season. Pamlico Hospice Bereavement Coordinator, Catherine Cooper, LCSW will give attendees insight, tools, and resources to manage their grief during the holidays. This free workshop is designed for the grieving individual as well as loved ones, coworkers, friends, and school personnel. There will be two opportunities to attend – 11a & 6:30p.
