Coming Events in Oriental and in and near Pamlico County
Paula Rozov is the October 2016 guest artist at the Village Gallery. Rozov has lived in Seattle, the Upper Valley of the Connecticut River, Philadelphia and now Oriental. Her roots go to rural North Carolina and Bertie County where she grew up.
She found her mentor in Aidron Duckworth who “fiercely challenged and encouraged her through years of study in formal drawing and painting”. Rozov finished a degree in art from Norwich University with a thesis and full gallery show. Her final study was “When God Was a Man”.
The Village Gallery is open from 10a-5p Wednesday through Sundays.
