With any luck this letter will be non-controversial. Recently I had a health situation raise its ugly head. It required some extensive care and dangerous surgery.
Just when you’re going along in your own little world you find in a community just how many people in your everyday life really care more than you imagined. This was the case for me. It was humbling, gratifying and most welcome.
I want to take this time to thank all who cared enough to send well-wishes and prayers my way. It was overwhelming and most welcome. I had very little choice but to have a successful treatment.
Thanks so much to our beautiful town full of friends.
