There’s a new Parade Master in town… the baton was passed on Broad Street. After a decade long run, Paul Fairbank passed the baton to new Parade Master Scott Pickard. Pickard, a yacht broker with Grace Harbor Yachts, will be the Parade Master for both the Spirit Of Christmas & Croakerfest parades. Scott says he saw the photo of lonely Paul Fairbank on TownDock – and it moved him to apply.
