Chris Fulcher’s roofless building at the entrance to Oriental harbor. His latest plans for a trawler sandblasting/painting facility in that structure now call for a retractable roof. That’s a departure from the plans that included a fixed roof – to contain paint dust and solvents – for which the Town granted Fulcher a permit last October.
