Some cruising visitors to town take in the Hodges Street Overwash Phenomenon on Monday afternoon. North winds blew water down the Sound and in to the creeks of Oriental, including the harbor. Schools of small fish could be seen swirling near the drains of Hodges Street. More high water photos here.
