Saturday Night’s Dragon Burn got bad news just over an hour before the event was to start: a State-Wide Burn Ban was declared. Pamlico Arts was able to segue quickly… and instead had a fire dancer & dragon dancing to entertain the crowds. (Allison DeWeese photos)
