It’s a right of passage at the Bow to Stern Summer Sailing Camp: after a week of learning to sail in the creeks, the kids get to sail their own boats from Smith Creek to the Oriental harbor. The reward for a week of learning to sail? Ice cream at The Bean. Ben Casey was there last Friday to photograph the summer tradition. It repeats again this Friday. (Click for the big view and more)
