The Cape Dory was bedecked with more than 2,000 white lights to underscore the “White Christmas” theme. John, owner of Village Health and Fitness, plans to enter his boat in Friday’s Spirit of Christmas Parade of Boat Lights just off of Oriental’s waterfront.
