It’s not salt spray but a mower’s lawn clippings on the hull of the mahogany sailing dink that’s at the corner of South Water and Hodges. The boat is being raffled off to raise funds for the Youth Sailing Camp that starts on Monday. Almost 100 students have enrolled.
