SOLD This 1986 Compac 27 „OTTER“ has enjoyed al long history at Blackbeard Sailing Club has been carefully maintained with many upgrades. It is the only Compac 27 with five original brass operable ports. Interior condition is excellent, upgrades consist of new electrical panels, new water tanks and heater and associated plumbing. Most running gear has been replaced , sails are crisp and clean, hull has been buffed and polished, all exterior teak has been stripped and refinished with three coats of Cetol, fresh bottom paint 2025, New counter and cabinetry in head. New cockpit cushions, New Deck ports with custom canvas covers including, the teak handholds. Recent roller furling head sail hardware and Manta anchor on teak bowsprit. Garmin GPS, wireless wind instrument still in the box ready for mounting to custom design helm. The 27 was designed by Bill Johnson who designed the island Packet yachts.
