One would be hard pressed to find a better view or location that enables easy walks to restaurants and stores. It is an absolute jewel. Amenities of the marina include -- Bathrooms, laundry facilities, walking to really great restaurants…beautiful sunsets and sunrises …easy access to other waterways…great spot to stop for a larger yacht. Beautiful marina. New club house lounge area. There are no outside pilings which means the owner or renter should understand the need for outside anchors, fenders and fender boards. The pilings at the dock are very high for this reason. We would always suggest for storms and hurricanes to either move your boat to “on the hard” or anchor out in the various rivers. I don’t want to trust the safety of my boat to the lines that my neighbors use or to the age of the pilings in most marinas. Our personal preference is good anchors. I have found them to be stronger than most pilings even when tied to pilings. We would rather sell the slip but will consider renting.
