One of the things visitors to Oriental mention the most are the friendly dogs. If you wander down to the harbor you are likely to meet Jack, Ceilidh or Nacho on their daily rounds. Shadow might be waiting on The Bean porch (sometimes sitting in a chair).

Take a walk from the harbor towards Lou Mac Park, and on the way on Front Street you may meet Burt. Down near Deaton’s yard is Lucky’s home. Goldie often accompanies John Bond on his golf cart rounds about town.
