overnor Beverly Perdue speaks today at Pamlico Community College on education, including the Governor’s “Career and College – Ready, Set, Go” initiative. The speech is at 2p in PCC’s Ned Everett Delamar Center and is open to the public. The Delamar Center seats 650.
