The lower part of the Oriental bridge is one such place.A new place to leave vehicles during storms: the Town-n-Country parking lot .Usually the Methodist Church lot would be full by midday of a storm’s approach. But owing to the T-n-C lot, there was still room for cars at the church lot.Some means of conveyance stayed where they were. A boat on South Water Street.
