Local favorites The Dust Parade return to Oriental for two days: Saturday & Sunday, June 8 & 9.

“Jump in with The Dust Parade as we drive you along the highways and byways of American song. Destination: The Magnolia Cafe.
“Maybe the idea came to us as a delicate riff on Nashville’s infamous Bluebird Cafe where up and coming songwriters journey to have their work discovered. At the Magnolia Cafe you’ll hear performances and stories of some classic American songs as well as a bit about how they’ve influenced the very Dust Parade that y’all know and love.”
Tickets are $25 for general admission. $20 for OT members, military, and students. Kids under 6 free. Get your tickets online here.
Tickets may also be purchased at Nautical Wheelers at their Oriental and New Bern locations.. Tickets for sold-out shows may become available at the door last minute. Check at the box office at 6p.
