Oriental is a pathway for the Monarch Butterfly migration to Mexico. Several folks in town help these creatures make it from caterpillar to international traveler. Darlene Marquart is one such enthusiast and has been sharing the progress of her butterfly release program. She even gives them stickers before they depart.
