Attend an information / orientation session for prospective HeartWorks volunteers, Monday, February 9 at 1:30p at HeartWorks, 709 Main Street in Bayboro.

Get a tour of the facility and learn about the free AfterSchool and Summer Programs that serve Kindergarten – 8th grade students of Pamlico County.

• Volunteers are needed to read with children, tutor math, help in the classrooms and/or assist other volunteers with group enrichment activities such as Yoga, Chess, Basketball, Drumming, Book Club, Music Lessons, etc
• A weekly commitment is NOT required
• The meeting will be held in the big building. Enter the building at the door under the exterior staircase
