Learn Acrylic Pouring @ ArtWorks - August 6 or 7ArtWorks’ resident acrylic artist Shelly Gayring teaches beginning & advanced acrylic pouring, August 6 or 7, 10a – 1p.
During these hands on classes, you will learn how to measure, tint, and work the resin to safely and successfully create your own 5×5 beach scape. You will also learn tips and tricks to working with this medium.
In the Advanced Class, special techniques for enhancing your work and further exploring acrylic pouring are the focus. PLEASE NOTE: You must have completed the Beginning Acrylic Pour Class with Shelly Gayring to enroll in the Advanced Class.
The resin does need to cure, so participants should plan to pick up their creation the following day.
Participants will be working with Resin/Epoxy, a potentially hazardous material that causes allergic reactions for some individuals. Please do not register for this class if you have a known allergy.
Classes are $50. Enrollment in each class is limited to 5 people, 18 years old or older.
