Movie Challenge Screenings, May 1 & 3, Old TheaterThe Village Weekend Movie Challenge is a competition for local filmmakers to produce a short film in only a weekend.
Film teams attended a kickoff meeting Friday April 24 at the Old Theater. They then had the weekend to plan, write, and film their entry, submitting it by 5p on Sunday.
Screening of films at The Old Theater is set for May 1 & 3
- Friday, May 1, 7:30p: Screening and voting
- Sunday, May 3, 3:00p: Screening and awards
At the Awards Ceremony prize packages will be presented. Admission is by donation. Drinks available by donation and, as always with a movie, free popcorn.
