Regretta Regatta - Thurs Sept 17SCOO hosts the Regretta Regatta on Thursday, Sept 17.
It’s a race, a parade, and a fashion show. Open to power and sail boats, the Sailing Club of Oriental (SCOO) says the ‘three Cheat Rule’ is in effect except for one thing: you have to bring a covered dish tot the social capable of feeding at least 8 others.
