Oriental’s Town Board holds its April meeting on Tuesday Apr 3 at 7p. The agenda may be downloaded, here. The Board is considering a rezoning proposal for 1216 Lupton Dr, a property adjacent to SailCraft, from R-1 to MU. There is also a proposed adjustment to the fee schedule to include fees not already listed such as an after-hours water department fee. As always, the meeting is at Town Hall and open to the public.
