Courtesy Shuttle:
For those with limited mobility, golf carts will travel two designated routes near festival performance locations. Both shuttle routes come together at the Courtesy Shuttle Hub located at 206 Neuse St. Shuttle stops are clearly marked along the shuttle routes.

Handicapped Parking and Seating: Handicapped Parking is located along Third Avenue between Church Street and Mildred Street; a Courtesy Shuttle stop is located at the corner of Church and Freemason. Near the Riverfront Stage, there is a seating area for those with limited mobility on the asphalt surface of Freemason Street. A drop-off / pickup area at 204 Freemason St. may be accessed by vehicles with handicapped stickers via Freemason at First Street.

Parking for Golf Carts:
For everyone’s safety, golf carts are not allowed on the streets between First Street and South Avenue. We have established two designated parking areas for golf carts: one is accessed from the Shuttle Hub at 206 Neuse St., and the second is accessed from 204 Wall Street, near Marsha’s Cottage.
