Empty slips, docks, and nearly empty anchorage. Tom McIlhenney of Oriental Harbor Marina says though boat traffic varies throughout the year, transient yacht visits were down 20% in 2020 (from 2019). Town Hall reports boat traffic at the two town docks are down by half: 220 boats visited in 2019 and 110 in 2020. Both attribute it to the pandemic.
