Registration is open for this summer’s Children’s Theater Workshop. This is the 30th anniversary for the program that Patti Higginbottom started out of love for kids and theater.

The Children’s Theater Workshop teaches children – from 1st through 12th grade – acting fundamentals and how to tell stories on stage using words, movement, and emotions. Held in June and July at the Old Theater in Oriental, carefully selected certified & experienced drama coaches lead these grade divided, two week sessions.

Session 1: June 29 – July 10
Rising 2nd & 3rd Graders: 9a-noon
Rising 6th-8th Graders: 2-5p

Session 2: July 13 to 24
Rising 4th & 5th: 9a-noon
Rising 9th-12th, and those who have completed 12th: 2p-5p
