Art on the Neuse was scheduled to take place, rain or shine, in defiance of last year’s storm and subsequent rescheduling. The weather took notice and delivered a cloudy, rain free day for the event. The offerings ranged from wearables to wind chimes and paintings to pottery. Some artists from years past braved the uncertain weather while others set up their tent in Oriental for the first time.
