Restaurants

M&M’s Restaurant M&Ms is offering take out and delivery of their full menu. M&M’s Menu is available here. And now their specials are online. Click here to see the specials menus. Call 252-249-2000. Open 7 days a week, 11a-8p. Delivery available for orders over $25.

Silos Restaurant The Silos is offering their full menu for take out orders. Orders can be placed online at silosnc.com or by calling 252-249-1050. Open Tues-Sat, 11a-9p.

The Bean Full menu is available for take out. Open 7:30 – 6p Mon – Thurs, and 7:30-7p Fri – Sun. 252-249-4918

New Village Brewery The taproom is closed and there is no consumption on premises. However, customers 21 and older can order their craft beer ‘to go’ at the walk-up window in the beer garden. Call or email with your order ahead of time: thenewvillagebrewery@gmail.com or 252-249-6132. There will be no food truck service at this time. Walk-up window hours are Th: 3-7p, F: 3-7p, Sat: 1-7p.

Brantley’s Village Restaurant The full menu is available for take out. Take out orders may be picked up on the right side of the building – there is a ‘Take Out’ sign above the door. Elderly who call for take out may pick up curb-side (in front of the restaurant) or have delivery to their home in the Oriental area. Call 252-249-3509 or 252-249-1663. Open M-Sat, 7a-8:30p.

Oriental Deli & Subs – Offering take out, curbside pickup, and delivery within a 5 mile radius of 501 Broad St. The Deli has now added a pick-up window. Call ahead 252-249-6224. 7a-2p, 7 days a week.

The Tiki Bar is closed until further notice.

Toucan Grill & Fresh Bar is closed until further notice.

Groceries & Food Suppliers

The Piggly Wiggly is open regular hours, 7a – 8p. There is hand sanitizer as you walk in. They also have a grocery delivery service for orders over $60. 252-249-3100

Garland Fulcher Seafood Market Buddy & Jeff are open regular hours, Fri & Sat, 10a-5p. 301 Hodges St.

Endurance Seafood is open regular hours. M-Sun, 7a-8p. 501 Oriental Rd. 252-249-2558.

Dollar General They encourage seniors to come in at 7a – when there are less customers in the store. They are closing at 8p to allow for thorough cleaning of the store. Open 7 days a week, 7a-8p. 252-249-5470

Shops

Marsha’s Cottage Marsha’s Cottage is now open by appointment. Just call 252-249-0334 and Marsha will set a time to meet at the store.

Nautical Wheelers will remain open for customer shopping. Come into the store or orders can be phoned in to 252-249-0359. Curbside pick-up or delivery can be arranged. Open M-Sun, 10a-5:30p.

Inland Waterway Provision Company will be open and is also offering home delivery. In addition to groceries and sail parts, they have games and other items to help pass the time. 252-249-1797 Open M-Th, 9:30a-5p, F-Sat, 9:30a-5:30p, Sun, 10a-4p.

West Marine Closed March 29 until end of April, due to the Coronavirus. The Oriental West Marine is back open. Open Mon-Sat, 10a-6p, Sun 10a-5p. 252-249-3200.

Village Hardware is business as usual. Open M-Sat, 8-5p (though they do get cranky by 4:55p). 252-249-1211

Village Gallery is open on a limited basis in May. 10a – 5p, Thursday – Saturday, and Sunday May 31. 252-249-0300

Boatyards

Sailcraft Service open for business as usual. M-F, 8a-5p. In the interest of safety they are asking customers to communicate by email & phone only and not in-person. Email info@sailcraftservice.com. Phone 252-249-0522.

Deaton Yacht Service is operating regular hours: M-F, 8a-5p, Sat, 8a-12p. They have adopted a COVID-19 policy, stating “To limit our employees’ potential exposure to COVID-19, our office and yard will be open to STAFF ONLY effective immediately with all mobile service involving owners aboard suspended for the near future.” Click here to read the complete announcement. Services

Oriental Town Hall is open to walk-ins, one at a time. Meeting rooms are still closed. Town Hall can be reached by phone at 252-249-0555 M-Th: 8-4p & Fri: 8-3p.

Oriental Post Office is open during usual business hours. M-F, 9:30a-4:30p. Sat 10a -1p.

Pamlico County Library is open for curbside pickup only. Place a hold, and when your materials are ready, the librarians will bring them to the parking lot for pickup. 252-745-3515

Bow to Stern Boating Group classes have been cancelled or rescheduled given current limitations. Sailing lessons and charters are available. Open 7 days a week, 9a-6p. 252-474-6000

Village Health & Fitness will close their gym, pool, and classes on Wednesday, March 25 at 5p. The Physical Therapy portion of the business will remain open and will continue to see scheduled clients. Village Health is open for therapy by appointment, M-F, 8-4. 252-249-1869

Hodges Street Sail Repair Remains open for business. Customers can come in or sails can be left in the dock box on the deck, along with a completed sign-in sheet. If you’re going to drop-off your sails, call ahead. 252-249-0739. Open Wed-Sat, 10a-4p.

First Citizens Bank is drive-thru only. Appointments will have to be made for face to face meetings. Call 252-249-1462. Open M-Th, 9-5, and F, 9-6.

Inner Banks Sails and Canvas Open for business. Mon – Fri 9a–5p. Can take deliveries or put items for pick up in our outside drop box for anyone concerned about personal contact. 252-249-3001

The Oriental Pet Parlour is open regular hours, M-F, 8:30a – 5p, Sat 9a-3p for pet boarding, grooming and daycare by appointment. Curbside pick-up/drop off is available; press the alert button on the first light post on the left side in the parking lot. 252-249-0243

Oriental Village Veterinary Hospital is open regular hours, M-Th, 8a-5p, Fri, 8a-1p.

Masters Wealth Management Group is open, visits by appointment. Call 252-249-0100. Masters is offering any unemployed individual in Pamlico County no charge help to get their benefits.

Background Info:

On March 14, Governor Roy Cooper issued an executive order banning gatherings of 100 or more people and closed K-12 schools for at least two weeks in response to COVID-19.

On March 15, the CDC, recommended that for the next 8 weeks, organizers (whether groups or individuals) cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the United States.

On March, 17, Governor Roy Cooper ordered bars and restaurants to close, except for take out orders. The order takes effect at 5p.
