A member of the Hope Floats team scopes out the waters of Grace Harbor. The cancer-awareness group, who paddled kayaks from Raleigh to Oriental one week in April, were making their first trip to the Oriental Dragon Boat Festival. They drove, rather than kayaked, to River Dunes for the event.
