hile the coronavirus continues to keep people safer at home, the Pamlico County Arts Council is working to bring the arts to you.

This time around, the art is nature. Rachel Tipton of Harbourside Garden Company creates a container garden, using different herbs create height and visual appeal. This art is beautiful and practical; use it to feed yourself and the butterflies.

Rachel has tips on the right soil, the right container, planting depth and space, and when to water.
