Garbacon Marker Returns | February 6, 2020

A member of the Instead of Football Regatta took out the Garbacon marker on New Year’s Day. At the time, it was replaced with a small can marker. Now, the fixed marker is back. Dino Harrell reported from his travels on the Neuse, “Not sure when it was restored, but I noticed it while out sailing yesterday.”
