Cottage. The word conjures up many images in your mind. The lake cottage you went to as a child, a rustic cottage from a movie (or even a book) that gets stuck in your head.
Or maybe a cottage in Oriental, North Carolina.
Our town has more than a few. And a classic cottage seems to attract the eye (and then the pen and pencil) of Laura.
