New Power Boat Owner?

During the pandemic, The New York Times ran an article about the rise in power boat sales. One particular line caught the attention of Captain John Rahm, author of the Captain’s Blog:“In comparison to other big-ticket items like planes or even cars, there is surprisingly little to learn when driving a boat.”
Captain Rahm takes issue with this line and uses his blog to dissect it further. With inspiration from both articles, Laura Turgeon drew a prospective new power boat owner:
